With a 3/16" carbon steel body and reinforced bottom, it will hold heat for hours and needs only charcoal to get a delicious smoky flavor. This improved design has front access to the grill grate, and removable legs for easy transportation. With the (sold separately) Grill Basket, Side Table, and Rotisserie Kit, this cooker is one of the most versatile out there!
Price is for local pickup in Austin or Dallas, TX only, estimated freight costs per state available in the pictures. Great cooker very fun way to cook still learning the in and outs of cooking on it
My wife wasn't thrilled with my purchase. I told her my goal is to get her to admit that it was worth it. About the 4th cook (chicken thighs), she admitted that this was pretty darn good, and that I could cook this meal again anytime. I'm still learning but even as a noob, I've turned out some pretty decent food. I threw a ribeye on one night, and it looked well done, which is a crime against food, but it tasted great and was juicy!! The wife still has confessed that it was a smart purchase, but she no longer rolls her eyes at me when I'm out hugging my Chud.

The has completely changed my cooking game. Having had this for 3 months now i can say without hesitation that it hands down cooks the best pork ribs ( haven’t tried beef yet ) and chicken halves! Won’t be smoking ribs or chicken on the offset anymore after tasting the direct heat versions. Have made both of them multiple times and my daughters can’t stop raving about the flavor it gives the food using the direct heat. I haven’t tried the rotisserie yet but will soon for sure! Thanks to the charcoal basket, this replaced both my weber 22” and recteq bullseye. Both went to good homes of other bbq fans that were in need 👍

I was so excited that the powder black unit was avaialble again and ordered it as soon as I saw it. Nick worked out shipping with me (thanks Nick!) and everything arrived well packaged and in good working order. A short assembly later it was ready for burn in and cooking. I couldn't wait to fire it up and it was so easy to cook on. I love my Chud box! Thanks guys for selling these units so we have an opportunity to use them and experience the unique flavors of cooking direc heat.
