Perfect size pepper for rubs - great for the smoker

This pepper is SO much better than the stuff at my local grocery store. I didn't realize the 16 mesh coarseness would have such a better taste particularly on my long cooks. It definitely creates a better bark than I've been able to get using fine or even freshly cracked that I've done over the years.
