Where We Ship
We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally.

Processing & Fulfillment Time
Orders are fulfilled every business day (Monday–Friday).
Most orders are packed and shipped same day or the next business day.
Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays.
During peak seasons and holidays, fulfillment times may be slightly delayed.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once orders have shipped.
Domestic (U.S.): ~3–5 business days
International: ~7–16 days
Expedited options: Available at checkout
Actual delivery times depend on location, carrier volume, and shipping method.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected method.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 within the contiguous United States, excluding:
Oversized products (e.g., Chud Box, Chud Grill, Chud Table)
Products not fulfilled directly by Chuds BBQ
Local Pickup (Austin, TX Area)
Local pickup is available at:

Once your order is received, we will reach out to schedule a pickup appointment.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship perishable or combustible products internationally.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically (as long as an email address is provided at checkout).
Lost / Missing Packages
If your order appears to be missing, please note that carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
For this reason, we ask that you wait up to 1 week from the marked delivery date before submitting a claim.
If the package is still not located after that period, we will work with you to replace the order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees to resend it.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
These are not included in product pricing or shipping charges.
Returns & Exchanges — Shipping Costs
For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping within reason.
Accidental or discretionary returns will not have shipping refunded.
