Chuds Breakfast Sausage seasoning

I bought a couple bags of Brads BK sausage mix on the Memorial Day sale along with 3 bags of the plump and juicy mix , which I tried last year, ( it was really a great mix also) I wanted to try the BK SAUSAGE mix this time as well. It turned out fantastic, I used pork butt and pork belly ,had about 11.5 pounds, so I added another tablespoon of ground sage and 1/2 teaspoon salt to cover the extra 1.5 pounds of pork , I also added 24 oz water and 18 grams carrot fiber. I made links as Brad did in his video. I must say it was delicious. As good or better than my own. All the metrics were hit, salt, savory, nice heat. A great product, will definitely be purchasing again.
