Very balanced and a go to for me. Sometimes I use it in combo with other rubs or on its own. I use it so much that I almost grabbed it when I was making some brownies. Seriously good and a powerhouse of flavor!

A very nice balance. Add your own heat and it's amazing.

Good flavor without being overly salty so you can apply with a heavy touch. If you're used to salty rubs you might want to add a bit once you get used to the flavor.
