Seasoning bliss

Tried sweet cheeks, snake bite and chud rub on various things this weekend. Everything turned out amazing.

Really Sweet Cheeks

This rub is too sweet for me on its own. Add a bit of cayenne and it's just right. The maple makes the house smell great when reheating the pork belly burnt ends that were covered in the Sweet Cheeks.

A hint of maple?! Who would have thought this flavor would be sooo fantastetic! I've used it on ribs, chicken and even sprinkled on veggies. Love it.
