New Charcoal Grate

I was totally surprised when I received an email from Chuds informing me that a new and improved charcoal grate was on the way because of warping with the previous grate (mine did warp). This new charcoal grate is phenomenal- all stainless steel. Built as solid as the grill itself. Very classy on your part to be proactive and fix this issue.

I recently purchased a Kick Starter project grill with a similar price point as the Chud Grill and have not had this kind of service with issues the grill has had. Nice job!

I’ve tried many rubs/seasoning over the years, but CHUD rub not only did a wicked nice dry brine but the large granular pieces form a great crust. Well done.

I bought the complete rub pack. Love all of them, but in particular the Snake Bite!! SOOO GOOD!! Highly recommend!

Great Sausage Cheese

Provide the correct amount of cheese melt with the Jalapeño and cheese sausage.

Howdy Butch, we recommend 10-20% of the weight of your meat. So for 5lbs of meat we would use .5-1 lb of cheese. It all depends on how cheesy you like it!

Great flavor. Doesn't clump Like other brands

Not the type of rub flavor I'm used to. That is why I really like it. Rub grain size makes it easy to spread evenly. Doesn't clump like the other "Protein religious temple" brand.

First time using this and was not disappointed. Made a 5 pound batch of Beef/Pork, Cheddar and Hatch Green Chile. Turned out fantastic! Next up is the Bean and Cheese Sausage.

Great bbq sauce

I’ve wanted to try this sauce for a while but living in the PNW means it’s going to be a while before I can try it in person down in Austin. My wife found it to be a bit too peppery for her liking but I loved it. It was awesome on pulled pork
