Great Chorizo

I've used the Chorizo sausage mix to make 5lbs of stand along sausage and they were a big hit. My wife is Mexican-American and gave them a double thumbs up! She has a very discerning palette so that's saying something.

Works for sausage and a rub!

I have used it on ground beef and ground pork, plus on pork belly burnt ends as a rub. It is terrific!

Great mix!

Purchased numerous packs of this season at L&L before it was available online in August '24 and couldn't be happier with the end product! It's a great mix on its own, or a solid starter if you're adventurous. My fam found the nutmeg or clove (could be wrong) to be a bit intense at the suggested 5lbs to 1 pack. We shifted too a 6-7lbs to 1 pack mellowed it out for our palletes and added a bit of chipotle and cayenne to increase the depth of flavor and heat at this ratio to great results. Couldn't have done it without this base mix though!

To those who are intimidated by sausage making - just pick up some ground pork and mix it up to patties or loose. Nothing special needed. Especially with Team Chud and this as your jumping off point. You won't regret it.
