I dusted some baby backs with this and it was great. Spritzed with ACV during the cook as needed. Finished off the ribs with a little bit more of the rub mixed with brown sugar.

Great flavor for a rub. Looking forward to making sausage with the chorizo mix. Just got a 15lb sausage stuffer nice plump links are next! Fantastic!
The chorizo mix was easy to use and smelled wonderful. We divided a 5-pound batch and threw it in the freezer as needed. I did a test patty and it was good even though it hadn't had much time to "come together" after being mixed. Can't wait for a quick mid-week dinner of chorizo and potato tacos!
Not at the level to make sausage yet, but used this as a mexican seasoning on chicken and it was fabulous. Will be buying more for sure.
