Come join us on Saturday, November 15th from 11am-6pm for our sausage making class in Austin, TX. Bradley will be teaching a hands-on course on how to grind, mix and case, plus ingredient ratios and theory for Texas-style sausage. You'll be provided a full BBQ dinner, drinks and plenty of sausage to eat and take home. This is the perfect class for the beginner-intermediate sausage maker. Only 12 spots available, so get your tickets quick!

An amazing class!

If you don’t know how to make sausage or even if you do, you should take this class! Brad takes you through all the steps needed to make a great sausage. You get hands-on experience and get to hang out with one of the best pitmasters (IMHO) in Texas! Great sausage, great eats and great people at the Chud Shop! 100/10 would highly recommend! I’ll be back for the next class.

Fantastic Sausage Class

Great class!
The atmosphere was relaxed and informative. Plenty of hands-on demonstrations and questions. The entire team was made you feel like you were a bunch of friends hanging out, making sausage, drinking a few beverages, learning about BBQ.
I learned not only from Bradley, Nick, and Matt. but everyone in attendance. There were people from all over the country in attendance sharing information.
The feast at the end was excellent. I took some of the leftover's home and now they demand I learn direct heat ribs.
Cant wait for the next class.

Bradley breaks down the entire sausage making process as only he can do. I particularly enjoyed the discussion on how to customize different flavor profiles. Thanks to the entire Chuds BBQ team.

Had a great time learning from Bradley and hanging out with a bunch of other BBQ freaks. The hands on was definitely helpful. Not sure where I'm gonna store my new grinder...
