SnakeBite is our spicy rub, using typical ingredients in Texas barbecue, but adding jalapeño and vinegar for a nice kick. It's not super spicy, so you can go heavy on flavor without burning out your taste buds.
Ingredients: Salt, sugar, spices, jalapeño, paprika, garlic, onion, turmeric, vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar, and modified food starch), silicon dioxide.
